At Foto Discount World, we want to ensure a transparent and legally compliant shopping experience. The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will notify you immediately and refund you in full within 1 business day of notification.
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. We take all reasonable efforts to ensure that when stock is no longer available, offers are promptly discontinued. If we cannot fulfill an order at the advertised price due to stock outs, you are entitled to a full refund. All refunds are processed back into the original bank account from which the payment was received.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns (CPA Section 20)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
- The goods must be returned in their original, sealed, and unused condition. Opening the sealed manufacturer packaging or using the item voids the change-of-mind return option.
- Detailed technical specifications are provided on our website and the respective manufacturers' sites. Please ensure you select the correct product for your intended purpose prior to purchasing.
- Return Shipping: Change-of-mind returns within 7 days in original, sealed, new-in-box condition are accepted at no charge. No courier or collection fees will be applied.
- Any fees for minor damage to packaging will be assessed and deducted from the refund. If the packaging is heavily damaged or missing, rendering the item unsalable as new, the return cannot be accepted.
2. Defective Goods & Implied Warranty (CPA Section 56)
Should a product prove to be defective, faulty, or unsuitable for its intended purpose within 6 months of delivery, you have the legal right to return it to us.
- In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may opt for the unit to be repaired, replaced, or fully refunded.
- Defective items returned within 7 days of delivery are accepted at no charge — no return shipping, courier, or handling fees will apply.
- This warranty does not cover defects resulting from alteration, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or commercial wear-and-tear.
- All returned defective items will be inspected by our technical team or the authorized manufacturer service center to confirm the fault before a refund, replacement, or repair is finalized.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day back to your original payment method.
