Bower 62mm Tulip Lens Hood

The Bower 62mm Tulip Lens Hood is a petal-shaped accessory that attaches to the front of any 62mm lens to reduce flare, ghosting, and contrast loss caused by stray light entering the lens from outside the image frame. The tulip (petal) design is engineered for wide-angle and standard zoom lenses, extending further at the corners where vignetting is less likely while remaining shorter at the sides to keep the hood out of the image. The result is improved contrast, richer colours, and sharper images in bright or backlit conditions. It also provides a physical barrier protecting the front element from knocks, rain, and dust. Compatible with all 62mm lenses from Fujifilm, Nikon, OM System, Sigma, Canon, and third-party manufacturers.
